Due to the success of last years’ performance, we are very excited to present our “Midyear Showcase”. As you are aware all students that are involved in Drama, Singing , Musical Theatre and Showgroup will be part of this “Midyear Showcase”. This will be a very informal evening with the students able to watch each other’s performances as members of the audience.
On 23 June, all classes from 11.00am onwards (ie Junior Drama, Senior Drama, Musical Theatre and Showgroup) will have their classes at the St George Bank Auditorium. Singers will also have their rehearsal at the Auditorium from 3.30pm to 5.00pm, so please don’t be late!
ALL STUDENTS NEED TO BE AT THE AUDITORIUM BY 6.00PM TO REHEARSE PRIOR TO THE PERFORMANCE. ALL student’s will then remain at the theatre until the “Showcase” commences at 7.30pm. Please ensure you pack plenty of food, drinks etc as there will be no facilities for student’s to purchase food and will not be allowed outside the theatre to purchase any. There will be a teacher present at the Auditorium from 11.00am.
THE COST OF THE REHEARSAL WILL BE $5 PER STUDENT.
The concert will commence at 7.30pm sharp and we anticipate it all to be finished by 9.00pm-9.30pm. We hope you will all enjoy yourselves and support your child and school. Tickets will still be available on the night.
